This project is committed to creating high-quality living spaces to attract high-end talent, promote the vigorous development of Shunde's medical cause, and provide medical professionals with a healthy and livable garden-style living environment.
The hotel encompasses a total gross floor area of 10,000 ㎡across 12 stories. The ground and first floors integrate lobby, supermarket, banquet hall, restaurant, fitness center, and other leisure and entertainment amenities, while floors 2 to 12 are designated for guestrooms.
Inspired by staggered mountain peaks in Chinese landscape art, the design employs dynamic mountain-shaped forms as its architectural vocabulary, termed "mountain-inspired urbanism." It integrates urban parks and riverside landscapes into a cohesive "urban green corridor," embedding ecological elements within the urban context. Through strategic spatial organization using "point-line-plane" planning, the project achieves harmonious integration with nature, fostering a resilient "forest community."
The facade design of the building interweaves bright colors with concise lines. Through the ingenious combination of straight lines and curved surfaces, it endows the building with unique dynamic rhythm and vitality. The simple and elegant entrance space, combined with poetic landscape embellishments and rhythmic line details.
The landscape design merges architectural streamlines with natural aesthetics, blending modern geometry and organic forms to create a refined yet rustic ambiance that balances natural sophistication with understated luxury.
