本項目位于佛山市順德區(qū)北滘鎮(zhèn)和祐醫(yī)院東側(cè)，地塊三面環(huán)水，東側(cè)為城市公園，西側(cè)留有城市綠地，藍綠資源豐富，其獨特的地理位置為幼兒園的設(shè)計提供了豐富的生態(tài)基底與靈感源泉。

The kindergarten project is strategically positioned east of Heyou Hospital in Beijiao Town, Shunde (Foshan), featuring a unique tri-waterfront setting bordered by an urban park to the east and green space to the west, with its abundant blue-green ecosystem serving as both ecological foundation and design inspiration for the development.

作為和祐人才社區(qū)的關(guān)鍵配套設(shè)施，幼兒園的設(shè)計緊密圍繞“人才吸引”與“以兒童為中心”兩大核心目標，深度融合地域特色與現(xiàn)代教育理念。建筑布局順應(yīng)水岸肌理，通過靈動的曲線與通透的空間界面，強化與周邊水系、公園及綠地的視覺連通與功能互動，營造出“水韻童夢，藍綠融城”的空間意境。

This kindergarten in Heyou Talent Community merges regional identity with modern pedagogy through a waterfront-responsive design. Fluid curves and transparent facades enhance connections to surrounding blue-green infrastructure, achieving dual goals of talent attraction and child-centric education.

幼兒園建筑設(shè)計項目深度踐行“以兒童為中心”設(shè)計理念，實現(xiàn)童趣美學(xué)與功能實用性的高度統(tǒng)一。建筑采用框架結(jié)構(gòu)，設(shè)計兼顧安全性與功能性，滿足幼兒園日常運營及緊急疏散需求。

整體建設(shè)可提供12個班級、360個學(xué)位，首層為教學(xué)區(qū)、衛(wèi)浴設(shè)施及配電間，二至四層以教學(xué)與活動空間為主。
